Verdict

It was testing going at Chester when the progressive PORCHY PARTY beat the re-opposing Mable Lee and Simmy's Copshop. The former won with a bit to spare and Tom Dascombe’s charge is fancied to confirm superiority in this, despite worse terms. Royal Diplomat won easily at Southwell in between distinctly modest efforts elsewhere but Diamond Dougal has struggled since scoring at Brighton earlier this month and Up Sticks And Go makes his handicap debut.
