A multiple winner in Belgium and Germany, De Rigueur was a losing favourite on his first start for Marco Botti at Wolverhampton. Better is expected back on this surface but another chance goes to LUCTOR EMERGO. He was expected to come out best in heavy ground at Hamilton last Sunday but though producing a strong finish, it was too late to catch the winner. Today's extra furlong will suit and he can make amends. Tobrata has gone very close on a couple of occasions under today's apprentice but remains winless on his 30th start and Authora, a close-up third at Thirsk last time, makes more appeal. Warwick winner Hyde Lea Flyer remains well handicapped on his past form and looks best of the rest.
