        Verdict

Not the strongest renewal of this Group 3 and the vote goes to KINROSS (NAP), who looks to complete back-to-back successes after landing this contest in comfortable fashion last year. He hasn't been seen since October but fitness shouldn't be an issue and his classy form in Group company sets the standard. Laneqash only saw the racecourse three times last season but performed most creditably on each occasion - all at Group 2 level. This rates a good starting point for the gelding and he's seen as the likeliest threat. Recent Listed winner Happy Power and Spycatcher look next best.
