Verdict

It was faster going when King's Pavilion won last year’s renewal with Crownthorpe back in fifth while Tulfarris ran well in a classified race at Ascot recently but looks high enough in the weights back in a handicap. YOUNG FIRE (NAP) was having only his third outing for David O’Meara when scoring in soft ground over 7f here three week ago. This extra distance is not a problem judged on previous form in France and he can go in again raised only 3lb. It was testing going when Barossa Red won over track and trip last month but he’s now 8lb higher while Lord Of The Rock’s earlier success here came over 1m2f.
