Maggi Rockstar shaped nicely over 7f at Newbury earlier this month. Fabulist was odds-on over 1m2f on the same track but missed the break and never looked like winning thereafter. Thanks Be showed promise in both starts in the autumn and newcomers Search For Light, a New Approach filly out of a Dubawi mare, and Tabassor, are worth a market check, though the latter is likely to need further. The three previous winners all carry a 7lb penalty but Fondest carried the Cheveley Park colours to victory last year and DASHED (NAP) can follow suit. The Pivotal filly had plenty in hand when scoring at Redcar in the autumn and should have more to offer this year so is preferred to Wolverhampton scorer Flighty Almighty and the once-raced Robotique Danseur.
