Verdict
Another very competitive sprint handicap. Despite hanging in the closing stages, the evergreen WENTWORTH FALLS (NAP) beat Al Simmo half-a-length over slightly shorter at Doncaster and is 3lb better off with the runner-up, who has since shown good speed in a Listed contest at Ayr. Call Me Ginger is thriving and was completing a hat-trick in the Ayr Bronze Cup but Never Dark was only beaten a length in fourth and is 3lb better off though, like Second Collection, is arguably better over 5f. Kempton winner Mount Mogan was well behind Al Simmo at Bath earlier and has never won on Turf.
