Verdict

CHATURANGA was sent off favourite at Redcar on his debut and duly obliged. He’s penalised for this but scored by a wide margin on that occasion and this longer trip should not be a problem. Nellie Leylax is another penalised winner but that was on soft going over 5f and he’s been well beaten since while the filly Gray's Inn is also upped in distance after winning a seller and debuts for a new yard. Tasmanian Legend is related to several winners and is preferred to Happy Helen of the newcomers.
