Hoh Viss should be capable of accounting for Best Profile and Don't Push It. Charlie Mann's representative looked to have the race at his mercy at Leicester before coming to grief with three to jump. He is likely to have undergone plenty of rudimentary schooling since and with an official rating of 120 - it will take an improving type to beat him. Best Profile is dropped back in trip following a recent run over three miles. He was well beaten by Karanja on that occasion but he had previously won as he liked on heavy going at Carlisle. Don't Push It landed plenty of bets when dotting up in a Market Rasen bumper. Richard Johnson and Jonjo O'Neill do not team up on too many occasions and the market is watched. Winning pointer, One Sniff races in the colours of John Hales. This is a tough opener for him but Hales is not in the business of buying too many bad horses. Winapenny could well steal a march if put in the race with forcing tactics. He did little wrong behind Planters Punch at Carlisle and was well clear of the chasing pack. Of the remainder, Calusa Charlie won a humdrum bumper at Towcester and should have progressed from an eye-catching fourth at Chepstow. Hoh Viss has all the ticks in the right boxes and he secures our selection.
