        Verdict

        The prevailing soft ground may prove key to this with ORIENT CLASS winning in heavy going over track and trip last time. He’s upped in class today but his main rivals have something to prove on this surface. Both Top Boy and Long Awaited drop down a grade having run well on their latest starts though the latter has not tasted success since 2012 now while Elusivity will handle the underfoot conditions but his earlier win at Catterick came in Class 5 company. Pensax Lad has not won on Turf for sometime but can race off a lower mark as a consequence and was not beaten far when fifth at Windsor.
