There should be more to come from Barwell over today’s distance having won with plenty to spare at Ripon last week. Lucy's Law only found one too good at the latter track last month but Shambra is upped 8lb having narrowly beaten Tread Lightly at Redcar and the latter has gone close again since. Spirit Of Belle finished second over a mile at Chepstow recently but handicap debutante MELODINE is fancied to leave her previous form behind now tackling middle-distances for the first time and Sir Mark Prescott’s filly gets the nod.
