Verdict

Abracadabra Sivola only had half-a-length to spare over the staying-on Bertie Boru over this trip last time at Taunton but is actually 3lb better off. Carli King has been showing signs of a revival lately and is on a fair mark at present but will probably face a battle for the lead from Ayr runner-up Courtown Oscar. KILBREE CHIEF doesn’t do anything in a hurry but he relishes a scrap and is a stout stayer. He’s only been raised 3lb for a narrow victory at Ayr and is still on a decent mark on past form. Kayfleur steps up massively in distance but might be suited and is no forlorn hope. Henry Daly’s mare is preferred to Mustmeetalady and the exposed Azure Fly.
