Alazwar won here before beaten in a tougher contest at Goodwood while Al Mubhir drops down in trip having returned a losing favourite over 1m2f at Ayr. BLENHEIM BOY also raced at Ayr last month when a close-up fifth over today’s distance with Seasett behind. Richard Fahey’s colt won easily on the only other occasion he’s raced on a testing surface and gets the vote. Ascot Adventure won over 7f here back in May though has yet to race over this far and the same comment applies to Unspoken but Chance has won on heavy going in the past.
