Verdict

Jabbarockie won at Nottingham before going close again at Hamilton and Iconic Knight was beaten less than a length at Windsor last time. Lydiate Lady’s winning run came to end off today’s mark at Musselburgh but Patrick has slid down the weights and is preferred to the returning Ocelot. Shepherd's Purse has done all his winning over further so far and a speculative vote in an open sprint goes to the unexposed ROMAN RIVER as he drops back down in trip after a good effort at Doncaster with Silvestre De Sousa’s presence in the saddle also taking the eye.
