        Verdict

        Fumbo Jumbo had little chance at York last time but her close second at Ayr earlier puts her in the frame for this. Avon Green hasn't run on Turf for almost a year and her only victory came on Tapeta at Wolverhampton. Cherry Oak is another winner on that surface but was beaten in a Class 6 at Thirsk last time while Miss Dd has been racing over further and may not have the pace for this. MEERPAT couldn't handle Class 4 company at Nottingham but ran well when third over the track and trip earlier and is 2lb lower so looks the one to be on.
