In depth

Verdict

There was some cut in the ground when SNAP SHOTS was beaten only a head at Ripon during the week. He finished well ahead of Eccleston and is taken to go one better competing off the same mark. Handsome Dude was a well beaten runner-up at Thirsk last month while Major Pusey is upped in class off a higher mark after scoring at Windsor recently. Northgate Lad hasn’t won for some time but is back on a winning mark while Ryan Moore gets the leg-up on Holiday Magic, a prolific winner on the all-weather but yet to score on Turf.
