Villa Carlotta Highly impressive winner of three-runner handicap over mile and a half here in May (now 9lb higher) and may have been flattered (odds-on fav flopped); not disgraced since and goes well on soft ground with drop in trip not a problem although is not an easy ride (tends to hang).
Lots of Love (USA) Won comfortably on belated return in classified stakes at Lingfield last month; will improve but stamina in question over this extra two furlongs.
Modrik (USA) Has run creditably of late but more exposed than most and may be too high in weights; blinkered for first time.
Goncharova (USA) Well regarded filly who hasn't been out since a major flop in Nell Gwyn; handicapper has given her a chance if fit after absence.
Hyde Hall Lightly raced half sister to a Yorkshire Oaks winner; confirmed earlier promise to win weakish maiden over this trip latest; interesting on handicap bow.
Jumaireyah Very unlucky in all-aged handicap over C&D latest (carried wide); open to plenty of improvement and stable in cracking form; will surely go close.
Heathyards Swing Won Ripon maiden in good fashion but ran as if something was amiss latest; best watched here.
Just Murphy (IRE) Dual handicap winner this term but this looks tougher; looks weighted up to best.
