    Verdict

    The 7f winner MAMBO FEVER ran well on her reappearance over a mile at Redcar, only fading in the closing stages - she should be sharper for that and is preferred to Invoke. The latter won at Carlisle last week before going close again at Hamilton on the following day but still carries a penalty for that earlier win. A runner-up at Brighton in May, Heartsong has something to prove over today's longer trip and Pageant Belle is preferred to the remaining pair off her current mark.
