        Verdict

        More than a third of this field has already been successful over course and distance, though age appears to have caught up with Go Go Green. Barkston Ash and Sir Domino are tough sprinters who warrants respect, though neither win as often as they should. Irish raider Born Innocent arrives in good heart but so do fellow three-year-olds Forever A Lady and Brockholes, who make more appeal in this grade. Naggers had been running well prior to a return to winning ways on soft going at Ayr but ROYAL CONNOISSEUR, apart from a blip behind Born Innocent here two runs ago, seems to be back to his best and can win again reunited with promising 7lb claimer Hayley Irvine.
