Verdict
ROCKTHERUNWAY is looking to end a long losing run and may finally do so off today’s mark having finished second over a longer trip at Ayr recently. Thornaby Nash has been placed the last twice but steps up in distance for this while Kelvin Hall drops back in trip after going close over 1m6f at Bath but has only won on the all-weather so far. The latter was behind Thackeray when Chris Fairhurst’s charge won at Ayr in July while Allfredandnobell has yet to win but found only one too good over 1m2f at Beverley last month.
