Verdict

CHICA BUENA showed nothing in three starts on the Flat which is why she's at the bottom of the handicap. However, she's won four times over hurdles and if anywhere near fit enough after a long break would be good enough for this. General Brook has managed to win eight times though hasn't scored since last summer while Gordon Elliott's Viscount Wilson is 0-24 on the Flat and over hurdles. Airplane hasn't won for a year and has changed stables so the main threat could come from Kaizer, a winner over timber at Perth in July and unsuited by fast ground when favourite at Musselburgh.
