STAR CRACKER began handicapping off an 8lb higher mark just three runs ago. A maiden winner at Beverley, he may come good off his current mark in this modest company. Magh Meall remains 12lb higher than her only win so far but Spiritual Journey was not beaten far on her handicap debut at Wolverhampton in April. Tagtale won over 6f here in August while both Bahango and Captain Future scored over the minimum trip on the all-weather last year but neither make much appeal in their current form.
