Verdict

The Tiger didn't stay 2m last time but has claims on his earlier form over shorter trips while O Ma Lad is upped a grade after scoring at Catterick last time. Northside Prince went close at Ripon last week but Robbie Winston rides stablemate and Thirsk runner-up Entihaa today and last year's winner Persian Pearl makes up a trio of Alan Swinbank runners. Jim Goldie also runs three and new inmate Aleksander won at Wolverhampton for Luca Cumani in October while Mica Mika also has a shout. NARCISSIST is the least exposed after scoring for Ed Dunlop in August and gets a purely speculative vote stepping up in trip on his debut for Mick Easterby.
