With only a couple of wins to his name at the start of the season, the eight-year-old Jebel Tara has managed to rattle up five victories this year. He may be in the handicapper's grip now though and Spavento also remains 5lb higher than his previous highest winning mark. The latter wasn't beaten far at Redcar last time but ARGAKI went even closer when failing by only a head over track and trip on his latest start. He makes more appeal than the other recent course and distance winner Wellingrove and gets the nod. Ted's Brother finished ahead of Jebel Tara at Carlisle last time and could prove best of the rest.
