In depth

Verdict

Ralphy Lad is upped 5lb for winning at Southwell last time but Kieren Fallon keeps the partnership intact. SILVER DUKE is just preferred, however, having won over hurdles in February before going close over 1m2f at Ayr last week - Jim Goldie's charge can race off the same mark today. Stablemate Latin Rebel posted a better effort at Musselburgh on his latest start and also has claims but the remainder are harder to fancy as Paddy's Rock recorded last year's double over shorter distances and has been well beaten over 1m4f this year.
