Verdict

Kilconquhar was beaten by Rose Bandit at Musselburgh earlier and finished only a neck behind Kats Bob over track and trip last month. The latter pair have both ran below par since while recent Ayr runner-up Somewhere Secret would prefer some cut in the ground. The Gloaming has been thereabouts over the minimum trip recently but TRUE BLUE MOON drops back down in class and given he was winning off a 9lb higher mark here last term, Tim Easterby’s charge may be the one to side with.
