This probably depends on the fitness of FLUTE MAKER, who was last seen in a Group 3 at Churchill Downs in September on just his third start. He'd won a $75,000 Saratoga maiden earlier and this is a huge drop in class. Dizzy Sight, a winner at Keeneland in October, would have needed last month's outing after a break but ran well enough to finish third. Frank First ran poorly on Turf last time though is much better on this surface but Smash didn't appear to handle the step-up to this level last time after a lower-level victory in January. Jesus' Team could be the one to take advantage if the selection needs the run as he was very impressive over the track and trip last time.
