In depth

Verdict

Another very interesting allowance stakes on today’s card. Flashing Diamond has been showing bags of pace over slightly further so is interesting dropping back in trip. R Prerogative has just edged MIDTOWN ROSE on the last two occasions they’ve met but Saffie Joseph’s filly had to wait for a gap to appear here last month and is better drawn now. Aurelia Grand is having a first run in over a year but looked potentially smart on debut and makes more appeal than the likes of Moonstone and Short Summer Dress. Cory Gal has stepped up a gear lately so looks the pick of the remainder.
