Verdict

The chasing debut of BELLSHILL has been long anticipated and the triple Grade 1 winner has an engagement in a Grade 1 at Fairyhouse in a fortnight. His latest victory in the Irish Daily Mirror at Punchestown in April suggested he could be a star over the bigger obstacles and there will be some long faces if he's beaten. Don't Touch It is a worthy opponent as he also won a Grade 1 at the Punchestown Festival. He could also take high rank amongst novice chasers this season and looks a threat. Balko Des Flos has done well in staying events over hurdles and his pedigree suggests he'll be more at home over the bigger obstacles while A Hardy Nailer is just the type his trainer does so well with and though returning from a long absence is one to keep an eye on for the future. The very progressive hurdler Be The Hero fell on his chasing debut but is another who looks certain to do better.
