Verdict

Danequest has only won once in 25 starts but his overall form is strong and his close second to Brog Deas at Cork was a very good effort. He holds Spot The Pro and Crouching Harry on a line through the winner but it's the two newcomers who could hold the call. DIAKALI has arrived from France and looks another potential money spinner for Willie Mullins. His latest run was in a better than average Swiss Derby where he wasn't beaten far and may just be too strong for the former John Oxx-trained Vedani, though the latter will like the ground and has joined a very progressive yard.
