Verdict

Dylan Kidd steered JUNGLE COVE to a superb victory in a premier handicap at Leopardstown and his claim will be invaluable here. He had World Famous, a previous winner here, over three lengths behind though the latter should get much closer on the revised terms. Shark Bay dropped down to 1m3f at Killarney and battled back when headed so today's trip should pose no problems. Confident Star needs to return to his juvenile form but Janoobi looked smart over a mile at Cork though that was on soft ground.
