Her stablemates are all bred in the purple and jockey bookings rarely mean a great deal with Outstanding certainly living up to her name in pedigree being a full sister to Magician and Wonderful. Dermot Weld's Turakina is a daughter of Teofilo out of a winning miler so she should be up to this as should Jim Bolger's Pioneer Alexander, who is closely related to a host of winners. Sarah Joyce could put her experience to good use and snatch a place in a race that should provide plenty of pointers for the future.
