Asitsohappens had been running well over hurdles but was soon beaten on his chasing debut over this course and distance. Big Kern won a point-to-point, a bumper and a maiden hurdle in four months last summer and would be better suited than most if the ground dries out. Somethingwonderful fell on his first two starts over fences, the first of them when in the lead at the second last, and again jumped moderately at Cork last month. Toubaloo showed nothing in his first three ventures over fences but it was a different matter at Thurles where he made Like It A Lot pull out all the stops. Rory O'Moore is a decent hurdler but hasn't taken to the bigger obstacles so far and Posh Frock showed her best form over timber on fast going. The lightly-raced Lord Adare started favourite on his chasing bow at Fairyhouse and was travelling well enough when falling at the fourth last. He'll do better but Willie Mullins can take this with UPAZO, who looked a very smart prospect when completing a double over hurdles at Fairyhouse at the backend of 2013 before failing in much better company later.
