Ballroom, by Storm Cat out of a 1000 Guineas winner, could do with a victory to enhance her paddock prospects but she's looked one-paced in her races to date and was a neck behind Brazilian Breeze in a Dundalk maiden last month. Vastitas has been racing in slightly better company but is another who hasn't been finding much so it's CANNON HILL who gets the vote. Dermot Weld's charge made very good progress in his first season which culminated in an excellent second to subsequent Racing Post Trophy winner Casamento over this trip at Tipperary. He reappeared over 1m1f there last month and though finding Parkers Mill just too strong signified there was a race in him sooner rather than later. London Plane could prove the main threat as Tommy Stack's filly made a very promising debut behind Asheerah at Limerick where she was going on nicely at the finish.
