Denis Cullen has acquired Alazan from Philip Hobbs but his new charge could just need this after a long break. Jim Bolger runs both Toraidhe, another returning from an absence, and Whipless, a winner at Dundalk in February though that was over 1m4f and he had only three rivals. MIDNIGHT SOPRANO has more scope than most of these and has won twice in six starts, both times with a little cut in the ground which she should get today. Though not seen since October she seems to go well fresh and win number three looks on the cards. Un Hinged has won nine races in a varied career and can never be left out of calculations.
