Verdict

Anibale Fly is warming up for another crack at Aintree and at the other end of the weights That's Lifebuoy is 6lb out of the handicap. Gevrey looks to be progressing as he followed a victory at Fairyhouse with a very good run in a Grade B handicap at Naas. He's closely matched with the veteran Kavanaghs Corner on that former run and should make the frame while Bold Enough, who completed a novice chase double early last summer, has been racing at Grade 3 level and will find this more to his liking. BOIS DE CLAMART looked one to follow when landing a handicap here in November but fell at the first on his next start. He's had a couple of confidence-boosters over hurdles and gets the nod. Rebel Gold's narrow defeat in a Limerick Grade B puts him in the frame with Shane O'Callaghan's claim a major plus.
