Fethard Player was having just his sixth start over hurdles when landing a Thurles maiden but makes his handicap debut with a big weight. Ravished showed nothing in three maidens but was well supported on his handicap debut at Galway in October and ran very well, though he's been raised 5lb. Might Be Magic is 15lb higher than his last victory but has been running well and his rider's claim will be a help. NOT FOR BURNING scored at Listowel in June and performed with credit from a higher mark subsequently and though she was a bit disappointing when last seen on New Year's Day she's been given a break which will hopefully do the trick. Who's That ran her best race to date at Leopardstown last month and should have more to offer but Mark Me Up scored over fences at Down Royal and has a poor strike-rate over timber.
