In depth

Verdict

Seamie Heffernan made plenty of use of County Wicklow at Dundalk a fortnight ago and the son of War Front out of a Group 2 winner will have learnt from the experience. Emporio had some smart form last season but disappointed on his return to action unlike AGRIMONY, who couldn't find the pace to challenge Wordsworth over 1m2f at the Curragh and though it's a surprise to see him dropping back in trip that form looks good enough for this. Too Nice made an excellent start on testing ground at Navan and normal progress should see him in the firing line while the newcomer Rekero cost 725,000gns as a yearling and is related to numerous winners.
