The exceptional BAAEED is racing at a level that makes comparison with the mighty Frankel, who won this 10 years ago, entirely plausible. The William Haggas-trained colt arrives fresh from his latest Group 1 success in the Queen Anne at Ascot and the rest look to be racing for second. Last year’s winner Alcohol Free had enough pace to win the July Cup over 6f at Newmarket recently while Order Of Australia was also dropped in trip when successful in a Group 2 at the Curragh. The French 2000 Guineas winner Modern Games takes his chance while the Japanese raider Bathrat Leon won a Group 2 contest at Meydan in March. Summer Mile winner Chindit and Angel Bleu will do well to figure.
