Fitzwilly is 9lb higher than when landing last year’s renewal but went close at Bath last time and can figure again. He finished upsides runner-up Snowy Dawn at Bath so the latter also has claims while Rayvin Black arrives on the back of an easy win over 1m6f here last month and is upped 8lb. Brittleton scored over track and trip off a 4lb lower mark last season and Wolf Of Windlesham won a low grade contest at Kempton before winning over hurdles last month. But ALBAHAR (NAP) drops down a grade after a recent fourth at Ascot and Chris Gordon’s charge may well turn the tables on much better terms with Fitzwilly having finished fifth in this last year.
