      Verdict

      Alyday looked very one-paced when failing to land the odds at Wolverhampton in April and, though racing over further here, may struggle to find a race. Ecureuil made a promising start over 1m2f at Salisbury and looks a real danger but it will be surprise if SLEEPLESSINSEATTLE doesn't take a big step forward from her first run at Nottingham. She was hampered when making ground in the straight that day and will know more now. Beauty Sleep represents last year's winning yard and is preferred to Entrench, fourth over a mile here two weeks ago, of the others.
