Skysail beat Man Of Eden by a couple of lengths here in May but his old rival is 6lb better off today. However, jockey bookings would suggest that the filly ROARING’ SUCCESS (NAP) is the Charltons’ first string. She is on a hat-trick after making a winning reappearance at Ascot and looks capable of defying a further 5lb rise. Glenfinnan was only beaten a couple of lengths on handicap debut but has been done no favours by the draw with the returning Sea Eagle and French import Naval Academy also among the high numbers but connections of penalised Newbury and Newmarket winner Isle Of Jura can have no complaints with stall four and another Newmarket scorer, Cancan In The Rain, is alongside.
