Lightly-raced since, Hoof It landed a massive gamble in this in 2011 and looks to have been kept back for a repeat bid. He's only a pound higher and must be respected but Hawkeyethenoo is 5lb higher than when successful last year. Whozthecat and Tropics both arrive in terrific form but are carrying 6lb penalties and connections of Rex Imperator will fancy their chances of reversing Windsor form with the latter on 7lb better terms, though William Haggas' charge has since finished behind York Glory, Shropshire and Dinkum Diamond at York in a race in which Prodigality, Louis The Pious, Regal Parade and Secret Witness were further back. Humidor could run well at a big price if low numbers are favoured and Face The Problem is another with the past form to figure while Ninjago could prove the pick of the three-year-olds having enjoyed no luck in-running behind Heaven's Guest at Newmarket last month. RACY has flattered to deceive in the past but would probably have beaten Masamah at Ascot three weeks ago with a clear run. The return to 6f won't be a problem on this downhill sprint course and he's handicapped to go very close if getting the run of the race.
