Island Peak had strong form between the flags and in hunter chases and makes his handicap debut on a fair mark. Hatton's Wood was disqualified after finishing first past the post at Wexford last July and was having his first run since when a very good fourth to Jamsie Hall at Tramore. He should go well but PISTOL JACK and Carheenlea fought out the finish of a similar event at Kilbeggan and the winner can come out on top again and take this despite being worse off at the weights. Tommy Turkle has shown nothing so far but given his connections he's likely to come in for support.
