Patrick Mullins is looking to ride the winner of this for the eighth time in 12 years and spurns recent bumper winner Beret Rouge in favour of Emmet Mullins’ ZERO TEN. A bumper winner developed into a smart hurdler, he won a Grade 3 chase last year and there was enough in his belated debut on the Flat to suggest he should be competitive here if fully wound up. Fin Maguire and Dermot Weld also have a decent record in this contest and team up with Ciel D'afrique but Dutch Schultz is probably best watched having a first run for Gavin Cromwell.
