FIT THE COVE has been a great credit to connections this summer as he has continued to thrive despite his age. The soft ground will be a help and he can go in again. Cairdiuil has been going well and Joseph O'Brien was on board when he won at Killarney a year ago, his last success, so he's expected to be in the firing-line. Daigreen won a couple of handicaps at Ballinrobe but couldn't complete the hat-trick at Killarney where the very heavy ground may have been against him though he's shot up the weights and may be just too high now. Jouster was sent to Yarmouth to land a maiden handicap over 6f but ran moderately over a mile at Dundalk last time.
