Verdict

Ancient Sands scored over hurdles at Down Royal late last month and arrives here in excellent heart but may not be up to conceding 20lb to STEPHEN HERO. Andy Oliver's charge hasn't had much experience but looked as though a longer trip would suit when scoring over 1m2f at Sligo and this looks just right. Positive Vibes was a bit unfortunate to be disqualified at Killarney and gained compensation at Tipperary. He didn't quite run up to scratch over 1m6f back there last time but should get into the mix. Todd looked on the way back to form at Gowran and Prospectorous has performed in much better company since scoring at Dundalk.
