Verdict

Bilbo Bagins hasn't run since giving a stone and a 2l beating to Effernock Lad at Navan in March. He should confirm the form on these terms but the latter arrives in very good form so it would be no shock to see the places reversed. All The Chimneys was well supported when unseating his rider in that race but has run poorly over hurdles since returning to action. PUNCHES CROSS (NAP) completed a double at the turn of the year and looked on the way back to form with a very good run in a better race than this at Listowel so looks the one to be on. Damut is 1-21 over fences and is only slowly dropping in the ratings.
