Verdict

Willie Mullins has won three of the last five renewals and MICRO MANAGE looks the one to beat. He’s had an outing over hurdles this year but has won twice on the Flat in the past and is entered in the Irish St Leger Trial at the Curragh later in the month, a race he finished third in last year. Mythical looks the main threat having placed in a Group 3 for Ballydoyle last term and switched to Joseph O’Brien’s yard for his belated reappearance. The latter’s stablemate Arthurian Fame has plenty to find on these terms and My Mate Mozzie was beaten in a maiden on his debut on the Flat.
