Verdict

BADDESLEY is still a maiden over hurdles but eased in grade on his return to action and should make a bold bid to defy top weight with Freddie Gordon taking off 7lb. Princess T escapes a penalty after winning a conditionals’ race at Worcester a week ago and Beat The Heat was a winner over shorter here in June. Stigwood is only a plater having a first run for a new yard but Cluain Aodha is having only a fourth run under Rules so still has a bit of scope.
