Verdict

DUSKY DAYS wasn’t beaten far when third at Hereford on his chasing debut and reappearance and any improvement over this longer trip should see him in the mix. Ballymagee disappointed when sent off favourite at Wincanton and cheekpieces are added to the usual tongue-tie while Clondaw Robin finished second at Lingfield but has had 20 starts over fences so far without winning. Speaker Thomas has placed over hurdles and the points winner is another to consider now chasing.
